I will also mail a copy of the report to you. There were no violations
for this inspection. I cited one "Area of Concern"for not having the TPID certificate. To obtain a copy of the certificate,
call CalRecycle at 1-866-896-0600, provide them with your TPID number(1632586-01), request a duplicate certificate,
and verify your mailing address. You can have them address it to you (Attn:). I will also mail you a handout summarizing
the new regulations regarding recordkeeping. In the past, tire disposal records other than waste tire manifests were not
required to be retained. With the new regulations, in situations where a waste tire manifest is not required (such as
yours),the removal method, amount tires removed, and person employed to remove the tires from the location must
be documented each time tires are removed from the site. Also, all waste tire facilities must now maintain a log
documenting the amount of used/waste tires received, stored, and shipped from the site on a quarterly basis+who
removed/delivered them. I will also attach the handout to this email.
If you have any questions or concerns, you can call me at 209-468-3284,or respond to this email and I will get back to
you as soon as possible.
Harprit S.
