PLACED ORDER AND WENT TO SIT DOWN. HAD TO <br /> CLEAN TABLE OFF, FOOD EVERYWHERE. (FACILITY WAS FILTHY) FOUND BEDBUG ON SEAT. COMPLAINANT <br /> REQUEST CALL BACK AFTER INSPECTION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. By inspecting the dining area;floor, dining tables <br /> and seats; they are clean. I inspected also rest rooms and back kitchen,they are decently clean.
