This document has been prepared <br />in compliance with planning requirements outlined in SARA, <br />Title III, AB2185, AB3777, and California Administrative Code, <br />Titles 19 and 22. <br />Enclosed is an updated plan for 1992 which is issued to all <br />agencies agreeing to provide response service. Please replace <br />your 1991 plan with this copy.
