0 0 <br />The following buildings, structures, and areas are located at the service center. <br />Their locations and areas are shown on the facility Iayout,Figure 2-1. <br />Office /Warehouse Building This building houses offices and meeting rooms for <br />service center personnel and for storing material to <br />be used by operating crews. <br />Hazardous Waste Storage The container is used to store hazardous <br />Container and Area wastes such as: hydrocarbon -solvent mix; gasoline <br />and water mix; used motor oil; mineral oil; and <br />PCB contaminated oil. The adjacent dumpster is <br />utilized for storage of waste treated wood (poles). <br />The hazardous waste storage containers are <br />clearly marked as such. <br />The storage area is used to store solid or <br />semi-solid hazardous wastes such as: paint cans; <br />empty aerosol cans; dry cell batteries; oily solids; <br />etc. The hazardous waste storage area is clearly <br />marked as such and is roped off for added safety. <br />Aboveground Fuel Tanks There is one 1,000 -gallon aboveground tank used <br />for storing diesel fuel and one 1,000 -gallon <br />aboveground tank used for sioring unleaded fuel. <br />ENCON Trailers These trailers provides office and meeting space <br />for ENCON personnel. <br />Fence The entire yard is surrounded by a chain link fence <br />topped with barbed wire. There are two entrance <br />gates to the facility. <br />1. OPERATING SCHEDULE: <br />The facility is manned 11 hours per day, five days per week. During regular <br />working hours (6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.), approximately 22 to 60 employees are <br />headquartered at the facility. <br />There is one supervisor on call per shift. <br />In the event of an emergency at this facility, outside of regular business hours, <br />an on-call supervisor is available 24 hours per day.
