C <br />4C. SECURITY <br />v <br />This section describes the basic security controls and procedures in place at the <br />facility. <br />The facility is surrounded by a 6 -foot -high, chain-link fence topped with barbed wire. <br />The yard perimeter and interior are fully illuminated at dusk by automatic lights. <br />There are two gates located around the yard's perimeter. Gate #1 remains open from <br />6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. <br />Gate #2 is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. All gates are locked after 5 p.m. and <br />on weekends and holidays. The Office/Warehouse building is locked when not in use <br />and has an audible burglar alarm on site and is remotely monitored by an Alarm <br />Company.. <br />The fence perimeter is checked for unauthorized entry by the General Foreman every <br />morning. Inspections include checking the integrity of the fence and gates (bent or <br />cut wires, holes under fence, etc.). <br />In cases of weekend or after-hours, employees entering or leaving the facility <br />buildings re -lock all gates and doors. All employees are instructed to watch for <br />strangers at the facility and question them regarding any unusual activity. <br />PG&E's Security Manual details standard PG&E security measures and is issued to <br />each facilty supervisor. <br />w <br />
