File : W-2017-1/11 : 308 <br /> June 26, 1986 <br /> ' Page 5 <br /> E. Water Sampling Procedure <br /> A water sample was collected from monitoring well MW-1 <br /> on April 24, 1986. The well was developed and purged with a <br /> ' submersible bladder pump. After a minimum of five well <br /> volumes had been removed, a water sample was collected in <br /> two 40 milliliter VOA bottles, and two one-liter bottles. <br /> ' The sample bottles were immediately sealed and placed in an <br /> The _ <br /> cooler and delivered at the end of the field day to <br /> California Water Labs, Inc . under chain-of-custody. A copy <br /> of the chain-of-custody form is included in the Appendix of <br /> this report . <br /> V. ANALYTICAL RESULTS <br /> A. Soil <br /> ' Five soil samples were submitted for chemical analysis. <br /> The analysis included total hydrocarbons (EPA Method 8015) , <br /> aromatic volitile organics (EPA Method 8020) , ethyl <br /> dibromide, and total lead. Selection of the soil samples to <br /> be analyzed was made by Mr . Renaldo Crooks with the San <br /> Joaouin Local Health District . Mr. Crooks selected the <br /> samples collected from the 15-foot (MW-1-15A) , 20-foot (MW-1- <br /> 20A) , 30-foot (MW-1-30A) , 40-foot (MW-1-40A) , and 50-foot <br /> (MW-1-50A) depth intervals. Table 2 presents the results of <br /> the five samples chemically analyzed. <br /> ' B . Ground Water <br /> The water sample (W-MW1-69A) collected from monitoring <br /> well MW-1 was analyzed for total hydrocarbons, aromatic <br /> volatile organics (EPA Method 602 ) , ethyl dibromide , and <br /> total lead.
