To schedule an <br /> appointment, please call (209)468-3420. <br /> Inspector provided: Return to Compliance Certification form, Schedule of free CUPA Classes and Example of <br /> hazardous waste labeling and Brochure for small business hazardous waste disposal. <br /> Waste Streams Observed: <br /> - Used oil (Collected by Safety Kleen) <br /> - Drained used oil filters (Collected by Safety Kleen) <br /> - Used antifreeze (Collected by Safety Kleen) <br /> Observations found during inspection: <br /> 104 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) No modified contingency plan <br /> An emergency coordinator and modified contingency plan information is lacking. There must be at least one <br /> emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the following <br /> information must be posted by a phone: the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of <br /> fire extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire <br /> department, unless the facility has a direct alarm. Immediately appoint an emergency coordinator and post the <br /> required information by a phone. A form was prodived and complete while inspector was on site. This was <br /> corrected on site. <br /> 406-CCR 66261.7 Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being <br /> emptied <br /> There were nine empty 55 gallon drums that were not marked with the date empty. Containers larger than five <br /> gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they were emptied and <br /> managed within one year of being emptied. Immediately mark and manage all empty containers per this section. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> There were two 55-gallons drums of drained used oil filter not marked with an accumulation start date. Used oil <br /> filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained used oil <br /> filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. Ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way.
