COMPLAINANT SUSPECTS THE CATS BELONG TO THE OWNER BECAUSE SHE HAS NAMED <br /> THEM. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES SHE OBSERVED A CAT JUMP ON A TABLE THAT A COUPLE WAS DINING AT. <br /> * PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection on this day. I spoke with the owner of the facility about the complaint. Owner stated that there are some <br /> cats around the neighborhood, but none of them are hers.The facility is in a rural/country area. Owner stated that she does <br /> not own any cats. She said that some customers actually feed the cats. <br /> There are 3 tables outside in the patio in front of the restaurant and 2 tables in the beer garden on the side of the restaurant. <br /> During the inspection, no cats were observed. Owner stated that if she sees a cat on the property, she shoos them away.
