FOUND SMALL PIECES OF <br /> METAL JEWLRY COOKED INTO NOODLES. DID NOT SPEAK WITH MANAGER. CALL BACK AFTER INSPECTION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> As per Manager, he is not aware of the complaint. Facility receives the raw noodles prepackaged, keeps it in the walk in <br /> cooler, pulls it to be cooked (boiled), stores it in stainless steel containers in walk in cooler to be placed later on the cold hold <br /> at customer self service line for final preparation (After customers prepare their bowls, Cook washes his hand and cooks the <br /> bowl on the front griddle. No source of metal jewelry at the storage station. The shift cook is not wearing any jewelry. <br /> Employee, at the washing station, is wearing bracelet and he helps in vegetable preparation and in cooking. Remove any type <br /> of jewelry at the food prep area today.
