EMPLOYEE BEGAN MAKING <br /> PIZZAS WITH BLOOD ON HER HAND. COMPLAINANT RECEIVED REFUND. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to employees who were aware of this complaint. They stated that no one had a cut on their fingers/hands.They do not <br /> know why the customer made that claim. Customer was upset so his/her money was refunded. <br /> Also spoke to owner who stated that he does not allow any of his employees to cut up food. He cuts all food so that his <br /> insurance does not go up. Owner does not have any cuts on his hands. <br /> Observations:At time of visit there was 2 females and a male working. One female at the front counter and the other 2 <br /> employees working at the back of the kitchen. I looked at every ones hands and no one has any old or recent injury. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate. <br /> Received by: " !
