Employee's are sweating. Refrigeration units not <br /> working and not able to hold correct cold temperatures. Water smells and taste bad. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to manager who stated that there is nothing wrong with the water and that he drinks it every day. He also stated that <br /> there is nothing wrong with the air conditioner but that a couple of coolers at cooks line are out of service. <br /> Observations: The 2 coolers that are out of service are empty and tech will service them soon. Other coolers have correct <br /> temperatures. The tap water is clear and does not have an odor.Air temp at cooks line is comfortable at 70 F.
