All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Spoke to store manager who is aware of this complaint. Customer told her that doors should be kept closed. She stated that <br />new company policy requires that store keep their doors open when weather permits. She stated that at time of complaint <br />there was not a problem with flies. <br />Observation: At time of visit, doors were closed. As customers were entering store, the doors automatically were closing with <br />self closing devices. Coffee prep area had zero evidence of either dead or live flies. <br />Requirement: All food facilities shall keep their doors closed as to prevent the entrance of any type of vermin. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
