15 August 2000
AGE -NC Project No. 96-0232
any affiliates in California to perform the above mentioned testing, and due to the recent high
volume of requests for this enhanced testing, it could take several weeks to schedule.
On 15 August 2000, AGE left a message with Mr. Harris to schedule the above mentioned
testing as soon as possible.
Upon scheduling the enhanced tracer tight precision test with the Tracer Research Corporation, AGE
will notify the CRWQCB-CVR and the PHS-EHD. Upon completion of testing, a report of findings
from the Tracer Research Corporation will be forwarded to the CRWQCB-CVR and the PHS-EHD.
If a leak is found from the enhanced tracer tight precision test, then the associated fuel dispenser or
product piping will be immediately repaired in accordance with State of California and PHS-EHD
guidelines. Following product line or fuel dispenser repairs, AGE will perform a complete
subsurface assessment of the area affected by the fuel leak.
AGE is currently acquiring bids from subcontractors for the installation of secondary containment
fuel dispenser pans. AGE has recommended to Mr. Richard Bokides and Mr. Navtej Dhingsai that
dispenser pans be installed immediately following the enhanced tracer tight precision test If you
have any questions or require further information, please contact me at (209) 467-1006.
Sincerely,
Advanced GeoEnviron mental, Inc.
Timoth ellar
Project Geologist
Enclosure
cc: Mr. Richard Bokides, Bokides Family Limited Partnership
Mr. Michael Infurna, San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental Health
Mr. Scott Rishwain, Rishwain & Rishwain
Mr. Cecil Dillon, Flag City Limited Partnership
Mr. Navtej Dhingsa, First Invest.
