15 August 2000 <br />AGE -NC Project No. 96-0232 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />any affiliates in California to perform the above mentioned testing, and due to the recent high <br />volume of requests for this enhanced testing, it could take several weeks to schedule. <br />On 15 August 2000, AGE left a message with Mr. Harris to schedule the above mentioned <br />testing as soon as possible. <br />Upon scheduling the enhanced tracer tight precision test with the Tracer Research Corporation, AGE <br />will notify the CRWQCB-CVR and the PHS-EHD. Upon completion of testing, a report of findings <br />from the Tracer Research Corporation will be forwarded to the CRWQCB-CVR and the PHS-EHD. <br />If a leak is found from the enhanced tracer tight precision test, then the associated fuel dispenser or <br />product piping will be immediately repaired in accordance with State of California and PHS-EHD <br />guidelines. Following product line or fuel dispenser repairs, AGE will perform a complete <br />subsurface assessment of the area affected by the fuel leak. <br />AGE is currently acquiring bids from subcontractors for the installation of secondary containment <br />fuel dispenser pans.
