The steps outlined below will be required prior to our crew arriving. <br />Xerxes is not responsible for these preparations underthe warranty so all such preparations <br />must be done at your own time and expense. C 1.4 .30 - 44 o - m &J_4. __&XT 12, 3 9 <br />A safe work environment must be assured for Xerxes' Field Personnel including proper lmricading. <br />It safety conditions are not met, the Xerxes Field Supervisor may discontinue work until conditions art: <br />acceptable. <br />CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITIES: <br />7ne area where the collar(s) will be attached must be exposed to a minimum of Bit square. <br />This work area must be property sloped or shored, per OSHA standards, for worker safety <br />and work area rotation. <br />j All piping in the attar-hment vicinity must be removed and openings plugged. Pumps included. <br />All .fuel sources must be plugged and contaminated backfill and such removad from the work <br />area. This material must be property collected, Stored and disposed of. <br />Supply one person to be available throughout the Field Service procass.
