The steps outlined below wilt be required priorto our crew arriving. <br />Xerxes is not responsible for these preparations underthe warranty so all such preparations <br />must be done at your own time and expense. Failure to comply will result in extra charc;nz by <br />Xerxes due to on-site wailing time caused by improper planning and scheduling. If thent are any <br />Questions. contact: a 1,11 ._2 0 - 443 o -...! . 3 ? <br />A safe work environment must be assured for Xerxes' Field Personnel including proper 1Y2rricading- <br />If safety conditions are not met, the Xerxes Field Supervisor may discontinue wont until conditions are <br />acceptable. <br />CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBIL17ES: <br />The area where the collar(s) will be attached must be exposed to a minimum of Bid, Square, <br />This work area must be property sloped ar snored, per C)SHA standards, for womersafety <br />and work area solation. <br />All piping in the attachment vicinity must be removed and openings plugged. Pumps included. <br />i All .fuel sources must be plugged and contaminated backfill and such removed from the work <br />area. This material must be properly collected, stored and disposed of. <br />Supply one person to be available throughout! the Field Service process. This person will <br />handle all plumbing and piping duties related to the tank retrofrt and generally assist as needed_ <br />Supply an air compressor (100 CFM minimum). <br />Attaching and bonding all riser assemblies after collar bonding has properly <br />cured. <br />INFORMATION NEEDED AT THE TIME OF THE REQUEST: <br />
