Riser height (Measure inside riser @ top of tank to top of riser) = A <br />2, Overall length (Measure inside tank bottom to top of riser) = B <br />3. Tank diameter (subtract A from B) to = C <br />4. 95% Tank Capacity (.95 x tank chart ullage) <br />5. Record chart inch reading less than 95% <br />6. Subtract step 95 from step #3 <br />7. Subtract 2" from step #6 result <br />8. If result greater than 6-1/2" record ineasurement. If < 6-1/2" use 6-1/2" <br />9. The drop tube 45 degree cut and float <br />should align with the longitude line of the tank to prevent restrictions. The positive shut-off must also <br />extend a minimum of 6-1/2" into the tank. <br />F <br />
