These items resulted from an inspection performed 12/11/2015. An amended report dated 12/14/15 was received requesting correction of these items. Item #109 CCR 66262.40 Manifests that were missing from January 2014 through December 2015 have been obtained and are on site and copies are attached for EHD review. Item#112 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Manifests that were missing from January 2014 through December 2015 have been obtained and are on site and copies are attached for EHD review. Item #406 CCR 66261.7 Two of the four empty containers have been properly disposed of. A manifest is attached. One of the containers is recently emptied and not due for disposal, it has been appropriately labeled. The fourth container has been re-purposed for the accumulation of contaminated fuel and has also been appropriately labeled. Item # 605 CCR 66262.34(f) The containers mentioned were labeled, however sun and rain made them illegible. A new indoor area has been designated for all containers to eliminate this problem. The oily debris container has been recycled. A manifest is attached. All containers are now properly marked. Item #608 CCR 66266.130 A manifest for our last pick up of used filters is attached. Used oil filters present at time of inspection have been disposed of and a manifest is attached. Item #3030 A manifest for the recycling of lead-acid batteries in July of 2015 was located and is attached. Batteries present during inspection have also been recycled and a manifest is attached. Batteries are now also stored indoors out of the weather. Photos of above items are attached.
