These items resulted from <br /> an inspection performed 12/11/2015. An amended report dated 12/14/15 was received requesting <br /> correction of these items. <br /> Item #109 CCR 66262.40 Manifests that were missing from January 2014 through December 2015 <br /> have been obtained and are on site and copies are attached for EHD review. <br /> Item#112 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Manifests that were missing from January 2014 through December <br /> 2015 have been obtained and are on site and copies are attached for EHD review. <br /> Item #406 CCR 66261.7 Two of the four empty containers have been properly disposed of. <br /> A manifest is attached. One of the containers is recently emptied and not due for <br /> disposal, it has been appropriately labeled. The fourth container has been re-purposed <br /> for the accumulation of contaminated fuel and has also been appropriately labeled. <br /> Item # 605 CCR 66262.34(f) The containers mentioned were labeled, however sun and rain made <br /> them illegible. A new indoor area has been designated for all containers to <br /> eliminate this problem. The oily debris container has been recycled. <br /> A manifest is attached. All containers are now properly marked. <br /> Item #608 CCR 66266.130 A manifest for our last pick up of used filters is attached. <br /> Used oil filters present at time of inspection have been disposed of and a manifest is <br /> attached. <br /> Item #3030 A manifest for the recycling of lead-acid batteries in July of 2015 was located and is <br /> attached. Batteries present during inspection have also been recycled and a manifest is <br /> attached. Batteries are now also stored indoors out of the weather. <br /> Photos of above items are attached. <br />
