Title 22 California Code of <br /> Regulations. 66266.81 Requirements (a)(4). <br /> The facility has lead acid batteries stored outside of the shop and does not have a manifest or bill of lading for the <br /> disposal of lead acid batteries . A generator shall use and retain either a manifest or a bill of lading for the shipment of <br /> spent lead-acid storage batteries to a person who stores the batteries or who uses, reuses, recycles or reclaims the <br /> batteries or their components. Immediately locate and retain a copy of manifest or bill of lading for the shipment of <br /> spent lead-acid storage batteries from at least three years and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> This is an amended inspection report that supersedes all previously issued reports for this inspection. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by January 18, 2016 . <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
