In addition, PG&E plans to prepare an additional
emergency response/contingency plan, including the requested local agency contact
information, for all of its HMBP sites in San Joaquin County. As we discussed, the HMBP
form provided by the San Joaquin County OES does not require this information and the
electronic input system will not accept the information. Therefore, we will provide the
additional information to OES in hard copy.
Thank you for working with us to identify and remedy this problem. Please contact Roberta
Reinstein, Hazardous Materials Business Program Manager at 925.415.6304, if you have
any questions regarding this matter.
Sincerely,
J&m a 6att
Laura L.
