This water is injected into a UIC Class II
injection well permitted by this Division. Injection is into a deep formation containing formation
water that is highly saline.
The propylene glycol is used as coolant for your compressors. Because this fluid is an integral
part of your field operations, and because it has been greatly diluted with produced field water
and is not hazardous; the best disposition of the fluid is injection into a UIC Class II injection well.
You are authorized to include the specified quantity of propylene glycol in your UIC Class II fluid,
in this case.
Hal Bopp
Sacramento District Deputy Supervisor
801 K Street, MS 20-22
Sacramento, CA 95814
916-322-1110
3/8/2010
