All hazardous waste <br /> containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close these containers <br /> and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. Submit photos of closed <br /> containers to EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed 6000 kg of waste <br /> stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. <br /> Approximately 280 bottles of cleaning chemicals, 12 cases of cleaning chemicals, and an approximately 3 gallon <br /> container of Clorox Stain Remover and Color Booster were lacking accumulation start dates.The last disposal <br /> record for hazardous waste was manifest number 011685956FLE from 2/19/2018 <br /> Since it cannot be determined how long the hazardous waste has been on site, immediately contact a licensed <br /> hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest. Submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD within 30 <br /> days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> Approximately 280 bottles of cleaning chemicals, 12 cases of cleaning chemicals, and an approximately 3 gallon <br /> container of Clorox Stain Remover and Color Booster were missing hazardous waste labels.All hazardous waste <br /> containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition(contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information and submit proof to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by May 10, 2019 . <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
