The periodic AST Inspection <br /> is intended for monitoring the external AST condition and its containment structure. Completed checklists <br /> must be signed by the inspector and maintained at the facility, with this SPCC Plan, for at least three years. <br /> This inspection record must be completed each year. If any response requires further elaboration, provide <br /> comments in Description & Comments space provided. If something needs to be addressed, please inform <br /> the Emergency Coordinator immediately and further explain in the remarks box which is attached. <br /> Y N I NA Description & Comments <br /> Tank Foundation/Supports <br /> Are free of tank settlement or foundation <br /> washout? <br /> Are concrete pad or ring wall free of <br /> cracking and spalling? <br /> Are tank supports in satisfactory <br /> condition? <br /> Is water able to drain away from tank if <br /> tank is resting on a foundation or on the <br /> round? <br /> Is the grounding strap between the tank <br /> and foundations/supports in good <br /> condition? <br /> Tank Shell, Heads, and Roof <br /> Free of visible signs of coating failure? <br /> Free of noticeable distortions, bucking, <br /> denting, or bulging? <br /> Free of standing water on roof? <br /> Are all labels and tags intact and legible? <br /> Tank Manways, Piping, and Equipment <br /> Flanged connection bolts tight and fully <br /> engaged with no sign of wear or <br /> corrosion? <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
