Storage of trucks, trailers, miscellaneous vehicles and storage containers is also <br /> provided at the Facility. The Facility has three fixed aboveground storage tanks and multiple drums. Several <br /> totes are additionally used for oil or fluid storage. <br /> The Facility is located in a primarily commercial area at 1019 Bessemer Avenue, Manteca, California. The <br /> site is comprised of approximately seven (7) acres of land and is bordered to the north a railroad, east by <br /> an agricultural property and west by a trucking facility, south by a trucking facility or Bessemer Avenue. <br /> Site improvements include: one office/warehouse building; a maintenance shop which contains drums of <br /> waste oil and repair supplies;equipment parking;covered, open wall equipment preparation covered areas; <br /> tanker truck unloading area (diesel tank area);tanks;and vehicle parking areas. Oil is stored within the tank <br /> secondary areas. <br />
