Electronic devices <br />2. CRT devices <br />3. CRT glass <br />4. Universal waste <br />5. Scrap metal <br />6. printed circuit boards <br />7. batteries <br />The copies of bills of lading must be legible to show dates and amounts of above listed <br />items that were shipped with the addresses of destination facilities that received <br />shipments from Tri -Valley Recycling. In addition, please submit the total amounts (in <br />pounds) of Electronic devices and CRT devices that were handled and treated by <br />Tri -Valley Recycling for the years 2008, 2009 and 2010. <br />This response is pursuant to California Health and Safety Code, Division 20, section <br />25185.6 that provides that DTSC may require any persons to furnish and transmit to the <br />designated offices of the department any existing information relating to hazardous <br />substances, hazardous wastes, or hazardous materials.
