(Activity name) will pay this fee, if appropriate, upon resolution of this issue." Active landfills still staffing fee for services rendered issue. (8) Above ground storage <br />tanks should be registered with State for administrative purposes. See CNRSW ]tr dated 5-4-99. (9) Interim fix pay bill up to $700, still researching per acre fee charge. (10) DoD <br />is subject to CAA penalties if assessed by USEPA. Navy is required to send request up chain and seek approval to pay CAA penalties from state/local agencies on a case-by-case <br />basis. (11) DTSC considers Navy as one entity for entire state. Currently billed to Navy Region Southwest. (12) Fee now only applies to EIR level CEQA review. (13) DTSC <br />maintains it is not currently charging. (14) After March 1998, fee schedule applies.
