Muniappa Naidu [EH]
From: Kasey Foley [EH]
Sent: Thursday, May 17, 2007 3:55 PM
To: 'daniel.schack@us.army.mil'
Cc: Muniappa Naidu [EH]; Dick Brownfield [EH]
Subject: RE: LQG to SQG
Mr. Schack,
You should know that your 2007 permit was based on the waste you generated in 2005. When we inspect your facility this
year we will be reviewing all of your data but the 2008 permit will be based on the last year we have complete (an entire
year's worth) data for which is 2006.
There are two facilities listed on the DTSC Hazardous Waste Tracking System for that address.
STOCKTON CSMS, 8020 S. Airport Way, Stockton, EPA ID# CA6572890519
FMS #24, 8020 S. Airport Way, Stockton, EPA ID# CAD981369036
I don't know which one you are referring to but both of them generated greater than 5 tons in 2005. CSMS
generated 119 tons and FMS #24 generated 10.7 tons.
If you have other documentation then you can mail a letter to the address below with a copy of your annual hazardous
waste summary report that shows the amount of waste you generate or you can wait until we perform your annual
inspection which will happen within a month.
Sincerely,
Kasey Foley
Kasey L. Our records indicate
that they are a large quantity waste generator, but do not generate enough
waste for this to be a realistic classification. I was in brief phone contact
with a Mr. Naidu, but we seem to miss each other in the office on a daily
basis. How can I go about updating the status of this site, to reflect there
actual waste generation.
Thank you,
Daniel Schack
