Provide a container for drained used oil filters for 7676 Austin Rd and have your <br /> transporter service guys to pick it up from there. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 505 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label stationary hazardous waste tanks. <br /> The 1000 gallon tank of used oil is missing start accumulation date. <br /> All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words"Hazardous Waste"and the accumulation start date. <br /> Immediately ensure that all hazardous waste tanks are marked with the required information. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by October 26,2018. <br /> Waste stream observed: Used motor oil. <br /> Inspector provided: A list of free training classes, instruction form for obtaining a permanent state identification <br /> number, and HW labels. <br /> Note: The 5 gallon bucket of used oil was found uncovered and unlabeled.
