Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br /> each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by May 13, 2011. <br /> 2. The facility generated 11.8 tons of hazardous waste in 2010 and is a large quantity generator based <br /> on generating greater than 1000 kg of hazardous waste in one month. The facility hazardous waste <br /> generator permit will be changed to a 5-25 ton permit. <br /> 3. The training class schedule and County hazardous waste facility brochures were discussed and given <br /> to the operators. <br /> 4. The facility generates the following hazardous wastes: oil, aerosol cans, oily absorbent, spent <br /> phosphoric acid, oily water, and spent parts washer liquid. The facility generates the following universal <br /> wastes: alkaline batteries, fluorescent lamps, and electronic devices. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($122). <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT END'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector.
