The materials were: <br /> • Your memorandum to Robert McCormick of ATD (Document No. 1) . <br /> • "Hazardcus Materials Sample Analysis Request" dated <br /> February 25 , 1991, which consisted of five sheets and which <br /> you originated. <br /> • "Analytical Lab Request for Analysis, Truck Delivery Sample" <br /> (one sheet) , dated May 30, 1991 , which apparently originated <br /> from Eticam, in Fernley, Nevada , and which identified SWPC <br /> as the generator of the sampled material (Document No. 2) . <br /> • Cover letter from Robert C. Olson of SWPC addressed to Sue <br /> Laney of your office and dated July 11, 1991 . <br /> • A report titled "The Products of Sumiden Wire" (on cover) <br /> and "Sumiden Wire Products Report" (on undated title page) , <br /> which was prepared by "Dr. John Quinn, Ph. D. " , Laboratory <br /> Director, FGL Environmental (Document No. 3) . <br /> You requested that ATD evaluate SWPC's conclusion that two <br /> of the streams produced during the manufacture of "prestress <br /> concrete steel strand" (PCSS) were DTSC-exempt coproducts. <br />
