Apparently after having provided documented
information three months ago the company has not
received any notification as to their status .
According to the data we have received the products
in question do not pose a health risk and have actually
been utilized in fertilizer. Are these materials
defined by law to be hazardous waste? What is the
justification for the classification of these materials
as waste?
I concur with SWPC in their desire to produce
useful products rather than waste. It does seem absurd
to fill our state's limited hazardous waste sites with
useful products.
Please clarify the delay and reasons for the
actions taken over the past couple of years. Thank you
for your anticipated cooperation.
With best regards,
DEAN F.
