Defendants violated regulations contained in Title 22 <br /> 8 of the California Code of Regulations and thus violated Section <br /> 9 25189 (b) of the California Health and Safety Code. Said <br /> 10 violations include, but are riot- limited to, the following: <br /> 11 i11. Violationn of § 66450 : Shipping Hazardous <br /> 12 waste/recyclable materiels off--site without hazardous waste <br /> 13 Manifests; <br /> 14 11b. violations of 5 66471 : Failure to make hazardous <br /> 15 waste dcterminatiQn, for the zinc; phosphate sludge and pickle <br /> 16 liquor generated from they acid treatment and zinc plating of <br /> 17 steel coils; <br /> 18 llc. Violation.; of 5 66508 (a) : Failure to have sufficient <br /> 19 safety and emergency equipment on site; <br /> 20 11d. violations of 5 66508 : Storage of hazardous waste in <br /> 21 insufficiently labelcd containers . <br /> 22 _ 12 . Defendants violated the provisions of Section 25189 of <br /> 23 the California Health and Safety Code by violating the Hazardous <br /> 24 Waste Control AcL.
