Toyama stated that Sumiden had closed thsir <br /> gt:nerator/d eposal fee account in 1987 (account number 36018868) . <br /> In 1991, Sumiden reopened an Account with BOE (aQCO Int <br /> nunber 36017598) , and had paid into the account for 1991, <br /> $27 , 874 in di9posal tees. I Asked Mr. Toyana if Sumiden had d <br /> protract petition with BOE for the fees paid in 1991. Aiso, I 'd <br /> asked S.f there was a $75, 000 Trust Account setup with DOE to hold <br /> tho protested fees until their current violation ease with the <br /> San Jo&quin County District Attorney's office was parpleta. Mr. <br /> Toyama stated that there waa no such Trust Account at BoE for <br /> 5umidan Wire CoMpany (from his records) .
