Documentation regarding the end use of the ferrous <br /> sulfate, including the safety of the end use <br /> d. Whether the ferrous sulfate is further treated or <br /> reclaimed by some intermediate party before it is used. <br /> e. Whether the ferrous sulfate is used to make a product <br /> which is applied to land. <br /> f. Whether the ferrous sulfate undergoes any further <br /> treatment at your facility, other than the chiller unit <br /> from which it is generated prior to shipment. <br /> 3 . Pursuant to Section 25143 . 10 (a) , please provide the local <br /> health officer (San Joaquin County Environmental Health) and <br /> this Department with the following information in writing: <br /> a. The name, site address, mailing address, and telephone <br /> number of the owner or operator of any facility that <br /> recycles the material, if any. <br /> b. Documentation that the requirements of any exemptions <br /> or exclusions pursuant to Section 25143 . 2 are met. <br /> C. Documentation that there is a known market for <br /> disposition of the recyclable material and any products <br /> manufactured from the recyclable material. <br /> As soon as the above violations have been corrected, please <br /> send written certification to this office, along with a signed <br /> response incorporating the language in the enclosed certification <br /> statement. Please include written evidence of compliance with <br /> each of the violations, where appropriate. <br /> DTSC may conduct a reinspection of your facility to verify <br /> compliance. <br /> The issuance of this Report of Violations does not preclude <br /> DTSC from taking administrative, civil or criminal action as a <br /> result of the violations noted herein. <br />
