v <br /> • <br /> SAA Labeling <br /> 22 CCR § 66262.34(e)(1)(C) <br /> 40 CFR 262.34(c): A generator may accumulate as much as 55-gallons of hazardous <br /> waste at or near any point of generation without a permit provided <br /> that each container is clearly marked with the initial date of waste <br /> accumulation. <br /> Findings: The inspectors observed two 55-gallon containers of waste aerosol <br /> cans (D001) that were not marked with the correct accumulation <br /> start dates. <br /> Inspections <br /> 22 CCR § 66265.174 <br /> 40 CFR 265.174: The owner or operator shall inspect areas used for container <br /> storage or transfer, at least weekly, looking for leaking containers <br /> and for deterioration of containers and the containment system <br /> caused by corrosion or other factors. <br /> Findings: The facility's inspection checklist and records showed that the <br /> inspections were conducted on a monthly basis. <br /> Personnel Training <br /> 22 CCR § 66265.16(c) <br /> 40 CFR § 265.16(c): Facility personnel shall take part in an annual review of the initial <br /> required training. <br /> Findings: Mr. Moua and Mr. Mannor did not receive refresher training in <br /> 2005. <br /> 22 CCR § 66265.16(d) <br /> 40 CFR § 265.16(d): The following documents and records must be maintained <br /> at the facility: (1) the job title for each position related to <br /> hazardous waste management, and the name of the <br /> employee filling each job; (2) a written job description for <br /> each position.
