A Re-inspection will take place before transfer of ownership takes place. <br />1. Saw rat droppings. All evidence shall be removed immediately and surfaces shall be sanitized. Set up traps. <br />2. Several surfaces are not clean. Clean exterior/interior of coolers and freezer, floors, shelves , food bins, food cart, oven, ect. <br />3. Provide a splash guard between table and mop sink from front to back. Height shall be at least 6 inches inches. <br />4. Back screen door has gaps/holes. Cover with new material. <br />5. All food bins shall be re-labeled. <br />6. Remove old clutter. <br />7. Provide new shelves at dry storage. <br />8. Provide a lid for ice machine <br />9. Provide thermometers for all coolers and freezer. <br />Permit can't be issued until all conditions are met <br />Food manager certificate and food handler cards shall be provided with in 60 days from opening <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
