Immediately remove any food from an unapproved source. Corrected <br /> on site by voluntary disposal to garbage. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food shall be obtained from an approved source. (113980, 113982, 114021-114031, 114035, 114041) <br /> #1 Demonstration of Knowledge <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Soly admitted she did not get her Manager's Food Safety Certification after all, even though she stated <br /> she had passed a January class during previous inspection in April 2016. Immediately have at least one employee not Navy <br /> Ngoum (who has the current certification but does not seem to understand food safety or is not practicing it consistently and <br /> continuously)sign up for a class for Manager's Food Safety Certification within 2 weeks, and obtain certification within 60 <br /> days. This is a repeat violation. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food employees shall have adequate knowledge of and be trained in food safety as it relates to their <br /> assigned duties.
