Hwy 12 <br /> Lodi, California <br /> Gentlemen: <br /> Per your conversation with Randy Uchytil, Petroleum Engineering, Inc. <br /> foreman, on March 9, 1989, we are providing the following information: <br /> 1. Petroleum Engineering, Inc. current certificate of insurance. <br /> 2. Letter from Du Pont Biosystems explaining in detail how soil samples <br /> will be taken, analyzed, and finally reported back to San Joaquin Local <br /> Health District. <br /> 3. Letter from H & H Ship Service Company describing their procedures for <br /> "tank de-contamination". <br /> 4. After tank has been de-contaminated, Petroleum Engineering, Inc, will <br /> have the tanks transported to Triangle, Inc. in Sacramento where they <br /> will be scrapped. A receipt from Triangle, Inc. will be forwarded to <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District within thirty days. <br /> 5. The existing piping will be steam rinsed, drained, and capped at tank <br /> and existing dispenser. Piping will then be abandoned in place per <br /> Kayo Oil's specifications. <br />
