The information on this monitoring <br /> program are conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services within 30 days of any changes to the monitoring procedures, unless required to obtain <br /> approval before making changes. Required by Sections 2632(k) and 2641(h) CCR. <br /> Facility Name: Beacon Station#3696 <br /> Facility Address: 2448 W Kettleman Ln., Lodi, California <br /> 1. Describe the frequency of performing the monitoring: <br /> Tank: Continuous monitoring. <br /> Piping: Red Jacket Leak Detectors and sump sensors perform continuous monitoring on product <br /> lines. <br /> Dispenser Containment: Bravo Boxes have float switch that trips impact valve. <br /> 2. What methods and equipment, identified by name and model, will be using for performing the <br /> monitoring: <br /> Tank: Gilbarco EMC monitors the annular spaces. <br /> Piping: Red Jacket Leak Detector and Gilbarco EMC <br /> Dispenser Containment: Bravo Boxes monitored continuously. <br /> 3. Describe the location (s)where the monitoring will be performed (facility plot plan should be attached): <br /> Gilbarco EMC annular space and sump sensors on tanks. Gilbarco EMC control panel in <br /> storage area. <br /> 4. List the name (s) and title (s) of the people responsible for performing the monitoring and/or <br /> maintaining the equipment: <br /> Beth Portscheller, Station Manager; Louise Mann, Area Manager; Terri Solis, Zone Manager <br /> 5. Reporting format for monitoring: <br /> Tank: Gilbarco EMC gives visual and audible warning. Manager records daily on inspection log. <br /> Piping: Gilbarco EMC gives visual and audible warnings. The Red Jacket leak detector goes into <br /> slow flow. <br /> 6. Describe the preventative maintenance schedule for the monitoring equipment. Note: maintenance <br /> must be in accordance with the manufacturers' maintenance schedule but not less than every 12 <br /> months. <br /> Preventative maintenance on all equipment is in accordance with the manufacturers' <br /> instructions. All product lines, leak detectors, and monitoring equipment are tested on an <br /> annual basis. <br /> 7. Describe the training necessary for the operation of UST System, including piping and monitoring <br /> equipment: <br /> If monitoring equipment goes into alarm, store personnel are instructed to call Manager and <br /> Manager will call maintenance. <br />
