What methods and equipment, identified by name and model, will be using for performing the <br /> monitoring: <br /> Tank: Gilbarco EMC monitors the annular spaces. <br /> Piping: Red Jacket Leak Detector and Gilbarco EMC <br /> Dispenser Containment: Bravo Boxes monitored continuously. <br /> 3. Describe the location (s)where the monitoring will be performed (facility plot plan should be attached): <br /> Gilbarco EMC annular space and sump sensors on tanks. Gilbarco EMC control panel in <br /> storage area. <br /> 4. Reporting format for monitoring: <br /> Tank: Gilbarco EMC gives visual and audible warning. Manager records daily on inspection log. <br /> Piping: Gilbarco EMC gives visual and audible warnings. The Red Jacket leak detector goes into <br /> slow flow. <br /> 6. Describe the preventative maintenance schedule for the monitoring equipment. Note: maintenance <br /> must be in accordance with the manufacturers' maintenance schedule but not less than every 12 <br /> months. <br /> Preventative maintenance on all equipment is in accordance with the manufacturers' <br /> instructions. All product lines, leak detectors, and monitoring equipment are tested on an <br /> annual basis. <br /> 7.
