Continuous monitoring on product lines. <br /> ° Red Jacket leak detector <br /> When the Red Jacket leak detector goes into slow flow,call <br /> Andrea Higgins (209) 583-3247 or <br /> Melissa Wescoat (209) 583-3381 <br /> II. Continuous monitoring of annular space on all double walled tanks. <br /> ° Gilbarco EMC <br /> The Gilbarco EMC is equipped with audible warnings and alarm indicators, and a <br /> printer that provides inventory, leak tests, and alarm reports. When the <br /> Gilbarco EMC goes into the alarm mode,the store personnel are to call Barbara <br /> Thorton at (209) 333-3781 (the manager). The store manager is to immediately to <br /> proceed as follows: <br /> 1. Call maintenance company to check probe that is indicating a problem. (Make <br /> sure you talk to your zone manager or Melissa Wescoat for approval before any <br /> work is done.) <br /> 2. Call Andrea Higgins (209) 583-3247 with the results. <br /> III. Preventative maintenance on all equipment is in accordance with manufacturers <br /> instructions. <br /> W. All product lines,leak detectors and monitoring equipment are tested on an <br /> annual basis. <br /> V. All store managers are trained by a certified technician on the operations of the <br /> Gilbarco EMC system and leak detectors. The store manager then trains the store <br /> personnel on the operations of the leak detectors and the Gilbarco EMC system. <br /> VI. All leaks will be reported to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> within twenty-four hours by Ultramar Inc.'s Environmental Department. <br /> VII. Unauthorized releases will be removed from the secondary containment system <br /> within 30 days.
