The use of devices or tools producing a flame when <br /> used in an approved manner and necessary for the construction of <br /> the building will be permitted. <br /> GAS METER PROTECTION <br /> When exposed to probable vehicular damage due to proximity to <br /> alleys , driveways or parking areas , aboveground gas meters , <br /> regulators and piping shall be suitably protected. <br /> DUMPSTERS AND TRASH CONTAINERS <br /> Commercial dumpsters and containers with an individual capacity <br /> of 1 . 5 cubic yards or greater shall not be stored or placed <br /> within 5 feet of combustible walls , openings or combustible roof <br /> eaves lines unless dumpsters and containers are protected by an <br /> automatic sprinkler system. <br /> All containers in which combustible trash, wastepaper or rubbish <br /> is kept or stored shall be made of metal and equipped with a <br /> tight-fitting metal lid when located within a building or <br /> adjacent to a building . <br /> PREMISES IDENTIFICATION <br /> Approved numbers or addresses shall be placed in such a position <br /> as to be plainly visible and legible from the street or road <br /> fronting the property . Said numbers shall contrast with their <br /> background and of the minimum height as listed in the following <br /> table : <br />
