SITE HEALTH & SAFETY PLAN <br /> T.� <br /> 13 . 0 MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE <br /> Walton Engineering, Inc. and "Environmental Consultant" <br /> personnel and subcontractors engaged in project <br /> operations shall be participants in the Medical <br /> Surveillance program, and must be cleared by the <br /> examining physician(s) to wear respiratory protection <br /> devices and protective clothing for working with <br /> hazardous materials. The applicable requirements under <br /> Federal OSHA, 29 CFR 1910 will be observed. <br /> = EXAMINATION REQUIREMENTS <br /> All Walton Engineering, Inc. and "Environmental <br /> Consultant" personnel on-site shall have successfully <br /> completed a pre-placement or periodic medical <br /> examination in accordance with established Walton <br /> Engineering, Inc. and "Environmental Consultant" <br /> policies and procedures, and consistent with the <br /> provisions of the OSHA carcinogen standards. This <br /> examination shall include a complete medical and <br /> occupational history, physical examination, and selected <br /> biological sampling. Laboratory studies include a <br /> complete blood count (CBC) , urinalysis, chemistry panel <br /> (SMAC) , pulmonary function (FEV and FVC) , chest X-Ray, <br /> audiometry, and vision screening. <br /> 19 <br />
