S A NJ O A Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> Time In: 12:17 pm <br /> Time Out: 12:43 om <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: MAHMRAJA INDIAN CUISINE Date: 04/10/2019 <br /> Address: 678 N WILSON WAY, STOCKTON 95205 <br /> Owner/Operator: SINGH, KAMALJIT Telephone: (209)242-2184 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00049593 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE FACILITY, INCLUDING THE KITCHEN AND RESTROOMS, IS FILTHY.ALLEGES <br /> THERE ARE ROACHES,THEY USE HAND SANITIZER INSTEAD OF SOAP,THE CHICKEN IS NOT COOKED ALL THE <br /> WAY THROUGH AND THE STEAM FROM THE BUFFET TABLE IS BURNING CUSTOMERS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> Chicken chili--136.00°F Chicken tandoori--135.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with management and asked if they had any knowledge about the complaint being made. Management <br /> states having no knowledge of complaint being made. I inspected the kitchen and observed no trash or filthy environment. <br /> Restrooms were maintained and stocked upon inspection; kitchen had general debris with dishes being piled before being <br /> washed but associates. Facility is maintained by Delk pest control, receipt stated last visit was 03/20/2019 and no <br /> observations of rodents,pest or vermin on site.All hand washing facilities possess hand soap in a pump dispenser and hand <br /> sanitizer if necessary.Observed the chef prep a dish from start to finish,dish was fully prepared and cooked before being <br /> served to go for a customer.The steam table used for the buffet had chicken tandoori which was tempted at 135F and <br /> chicken chili which was tempted at 136F.
