Kettleman Lane, Lodi CA <br /> Your application for permit to replace the fill/vapor manway(including the Phil-Tite spill <br /> buckets) and possibly OPW 61 SO EVR overfill protection has been approved with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the fire department for any applicable permits. <br /> 2. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br /> a. Drop tube measurement <br /> b. Drain valve functionality <br /> 3. All tanks affected by the retrofit shall be tested for tightness in accordance with <br /> manufacturer's guidelines by a licensed tank tester. Results are to be submitted to <br /> EHD prior to scheduling a final inspection. <br /> 4. All parts and components of the underground storage tank system that is in <br /> contact with backfill must be corrosion protected. <br /> 5. Drop tube installation instructions and tank charts must be available the time of <br /> the inspection. <br /> 6.
