All new addenda supersede the previous
ones.
6. Contact Aris Cacapit to arrange the following inspections (a 48 hour notice is
required):
a. One hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the 91 spill container .
b. Verify the spill container has a minimum capacity of 5 gallons.
c. The test fluid should cover the top joint, and be no less than 1.5 inches
below the top of the 91 spill container, regardless of the spill container's
capacity.
d. Test operation of the drain valve of the 91 spill container.
7. If concrete will be broken over the UST, a third party tank secondary containment
test (or equivalent) must be performed, once concrete is poured in accordance
with the manufacturer's guidelines.
