One hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the 91 spill container . <br /> b. Verify the spill container has a minimum capacity of 5 gallons. <br /> c. The test fluid should cover the top joint, and be no less than 1.5 inches <br /> below the top of the 91 spill container, regardless of the spill container's <br /> capacity. <br /> d. Test operation of the drain valve of the 91 spill container. <br /> 7. If concrete will be broken over the UST, a third party tank secondary containment <br /> test(or equivalent) must be performed, once concrete is poured in accordance <br /> with the manufacturer's guidelines. Results must be received by the EHD within <br /> seven days of returning the facility to operating condition. <br /> 8.
