The work included the replacement of <br /> a Phil-tite spill bucket. In the course of the inspection it was discovered that 3 leak <br /> detectors did not work. These were replaced by Vaporless LD 2000 leak detectors. I <br /> further understand that you witness the functionality of all of the buckets except for the <br /> Premium which still has to be tested. <br /> Please consider this memorandum to be another amendment to the existing permit and <br /> permit application. <br /> You will be receiving a call to inspect the premium bucket. <br /> If you need any additional information or have any questions, please call me.
