The following comes
from the technician notes entered for the job and is the most accurate summary of what was completed:
11/18/2009 SDM: 11/10/09: Broke out and removed concrete around all fill sump manways (3). 11/11/09 -
11/12/09: Removed concrete rubble from site. Relocated and plumbed annular. Ran 1 hour lake test on all
spill buckets, 91 bucket failed, need a new gasket 11/13/09: Vacuum tested annular space on all tanks (3).
7" HG for 1 hour all passed. Replaced bad annular sensor on 87 tank. Set lids, backfilled. Cleaned up site,
met with building inspector, signed off on the pre-pour 11/16/09: Rebar and poured concrete, met with
inspector for building final sign off 11/17/09: Replaced leaking o-rings on 91 fill and vapor buckers. Vacuum
tested annular on all tanks at 7" HG for 1 hour. Lake tested fill buckets w/ inspector, all passed.
Is this sufficient or do you need additional information?
Thanks for your help.
Marty Weithman
Permit Compliance Officer
Service Station Systems Inc./Able Maintenance Inc.
680 Quinn Avenue
San Jose, CA 95112
(408) 213-6038 (direct)
(408) 213-6026 (fax)
email: martyw@seryicestationsyste_.ms.co.m
11/24/2009
