Check this off and resend the Service request page back to EHD. <br />Provide proof of third party approval/certifcation (ie: UL, ULC, or other appropriate third party) for the <br />Advantaqge Series Unit to Encore Series island Adapter Kit (M03064KO01). If third party <br />approval/certification cannot be provided for this particular conversion frame, then submit an updated <br />scope of work specifying the third party certified conversion frame that will be installed. If you submit an <br />updated scope of work, then include the cut sheets, technician certifications required to install the part, <br />and documentation of third party approval/certification for the part.
