Kettleman Ln. <br />Lodi, CA 95242 <br />Mr. Veloso, <br />As per your inspection on 5/29/14, the following Corrective Actions have taken place: <br />The Designated Operator has been changed to Belshire from Service Station Systems effective June 1, 2014. <br />The changes in CERS has been confirmed and submitted to reflect the Designated Operator change with a list of all <br />certified persons. <br />Documentation is attached for the L-4 sensor for the entire month of May as part of the Designated Operator <br />paperwork.
