COMPLAINANT ALLEGES HE <br /> HAS BEEN SICK EVER SINCE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7;113700.All <br /> violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Inspection with manager. <br /> The meat used for the beef burrito is distributed from Lake Forest, CA.The meat comes refrigerated in bulk boxes and placed <br /> directly into the walk in cooler. Shipments come every Wednesday and Saturday. Currently,the boxes in the walk in cooler are <br /> labeled that they were received on April 13. <br /> 1 observed a beef burrito being made. Employee puts a tortilla into the warmer/toaster.
